About Fairfax Ridge

Fairfax Ridge

Fairfax Ridge is a diverse, family-friendly community of 420 condominium units, centrally located in Fairfax County, Virginia. Originally constructed as rental units in 2004, the garden style community was converted to condominiums in late 2005. The majority of units remain owner-occupied, and the community association is represented by seven elected board members.

Fairfax Ridge is conveniently located near the intersection of Waples Mill Road and Route 50, with easy access to Interstate 66, and in close proximity to Fair Oaks Mall, the Fairfax County Government Center, Fairfax City, and the Vienna Metro Station.

Fairfax Ridge is situated in the Oakton High School pyramid, which comprises Franklin Middle School, and the highly coveted Waples Mill Elementary. For Advanced Academic Placement, Fairfax Ridge also feeds into Hunters Woods Elementary School and Carson Middle School.

Situated on more than 11 acres of beautiful landscaping, all units have balconies or terraces, and some units feature fireplaces and lofts with skylights. Among the many amenities of the community, Fairfax Ridge offers a swimming pool, an exercise facility with a children's play area, a tot lot, several courtyards with benches and grills for resident use, a wooded trail and pond in its backyard, and many activity rental spaces that include a theater room, a game room, a kitchen/bar and sitting room.
